ST-NA22A

ST-NA22A by Starbetter Chemical Materials acts as a nucleating agent for PA6, PA66, PA11 and PA12. It is infusible and disperses uniformly in the PA resin to induce rearrangement crystallization of the polymer molecular chain. This improves the processing and application properties. It shortens the molding cycle, increases production efficiency as well as improves demolding, dimensional stability, tensile strength, hardness and mechanical properties. It reduces the shrinkage and prevents stress cracking. ST-NA22A is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.05-0.3%.
