STRUKTOL® CY 50

STRUKTOL® CY 50 by Struktol is a processing additive. It is a blend of fatty acid derivative. It is used with natural and synthetic rubber compounds containing high levels of silica filler. STRUKTOL® CY 50 enhances dispersion rate in rubber and rate of reaction with silane coupling agents.It improves downstream processing of silica-filled compounds and enhances physical properties including abrasion resistance. Recommended dosage level is between 4 and 6 weight % of the total silica loading. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
