STRUKTOL® TR 077

STRUKTOL® TR 077 by Struktol is a processing additive. It is a low melting zinc fatty acid soap (100°C versus 125°C) very similar to zinc stearate. It offers mechanical handling and blending, as well as reduced exposure for improving industrial hygiene. It is used in all non-clear products where zinc stearate is presently used, such as polystyrene, concentrates, thermosets and some olefins. The addition level is 0.5-1.0%. STRUKTOL® TR 077 is sanctioned by FDA. The shelf life of this product is 18 months.
