STRUKTOL® V-HRW

STRUKTOL® V-HRW by Struktol is a highly compatible, internal/external lubricant additive for PVC and polymer processing. It has very little effect on heat distortion temperature (HDT). It possesses excellent clarity and low water blush. So, it is used in clear PVC articles. STRUKTOL® V-HRW is suitable for blow & injection molding, extrusion, calendering, printed, bonded or laminated products. The recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), extrusion (opaque), calendering (opaque) , injection molding (clear) & calendering (clear) is 0.7-1.5 phr, 0.7-1.0 phr, 0.7-1.5 phr, 0.7-1.0 phr and 0.6 – 1.2 phr respectively. It is approved for certain food contact use applications. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
