STRUKTOL® V-PEAS LA

STRUKTOL® V-PEAS LA by Struktol is a lubricant and polymeric processing aid. It is a polymeric complex ester of saturated fatty acids. It is very effective with external lubricating properties. It possesses lower acid value than Struktol® V-PEAS. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS LA possesses no negative impact on clarity in extrusion, calendering, or injection molding formulations. It is used mainly for calendered PVC sheet where clarity is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. The recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), injection molding (clear), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear), calendering (opaque) and calendering (clear) is 0.3-0.5, 0.3-0.6, 0.3-0.7, 0.3-0.6, 0.3-0.6 and 0.6-0.5 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
