STRUKTOL® VLB-602

STRUKTOL® VLB-602 by Struktol is a lubricant additive for PVC and polymer processing. It is effective as an external lubricant which has no negative impact on clarity in clear extrusion, calendering, blow & injection molding. It shows ideal characteristics for clear calendered PVC sheet where clarity and low water blush is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. It is especially useful in products that require printing, laminating, or bonding. STRUKTOL® VLB-602 recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), calendering (opaque), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear) & wire cable (high speed) is 0.3-0.75 phr, 0.5-0.75 phr, 0.4-0.8 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.5-0.7 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
