STRUKTOL® VLB-901

STRUKTOL® VLB-901 by Struktol is a lubricant additive for PVC and polymer processing. It is suitable for clear calendered PVC sheet, clear extrusion, blow molding and injection molding formulations. It is especially useful in products that require printing, laminating, or bonding. It is ideal for calendered sheet where clarity and low water blush is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. STRUKTOL® VLB-901 recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), calendering (opaque), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear) & wire cable (high speed) is 0.3-0.75 phr, 0.5-0.75 phr, 0.4-0.8 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr & 0.5-0.7 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
