Phenothiazine LVT™ 2330

Phenothiazine LVT™ 2330 by Syensqo is an inhibitor and shortstopping agent formulated to stop runaway polymerization effectively and economically with a non-toxic solvent. It protects the polymerization of acrylic and methacrylic acids, esters, and other monomers in bulk storage facilities, transportation tanks, and containers. It has a lower freezing point which is highly advantageous for facilities and transport in colder climates. It is environment-friendly, inherently safe, and facilitates easy and quick dissolution into monomers. It is developed as an alternative to the use of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). Phenothiazine LVT™ 2330 has a shelf life of 24 months from its manufacturing date.
