Polymist® XPP 511 R

Polymist® XPP 511 R by Syensqo is a processing aid. It improves mold release, wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and stick-slip response. It provides rub & scratch resistance, release & anti-stick properties, lubrication and anti-friction benefits. It is a medium MW grade of micronized PTFE with coarse particle size and excellent thermal stability. This product increases pressure x velocity (PV) limits and reduces friction. It is designed for use in critical, high-temperature engineering and high-performance polymers. Polymist® XPP 511 R is used in household brown & white goods, non-food plastic packaging, industrial & institutional surface care and display technologies, electrical components, home & mobile electronics. Also, used in drinking & industrial water treatment, engine transmission parts, automotive lightweight external parts, mechanical components, electrical & electronics. It is also used in oil & gas piping & tubing equipment parts, metal & plastic food packaging, pipes, pumps, fittings & valves, wearable medical devices and aerospace electrical & fluid systems.
