Regalite™ C8010 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a tackifier. It is a new liquid hydrogenated water-white resin derived from petrochemical feedstocks. It provides excellent heat color stability, low volatility and water-white color properties. It offers compatibility with SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) block copolymers, SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene) block copolymers, SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene, EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) copolymers, and natural rubber. Regalite™ C8010 Hydrocarbon Resin is designed for tires, specialty- and non-food contact tapes. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
