TE 508 emulsion

Nonionic aqueous emulsion based on a silicone fluid. It is used primarily as a mold-release agent in the metalworking industry, as well as in the rubber and plastics industries. Excellent stability in either concentrated or diluted form. Excellent waterproofing ability. Remarkable efficacy as a mold-release agent: due to its fine particles, it leaves a thin, uniform film which inhibits any adherence after evaporation of water. Due to heat stability, it does not carbonize at normal molding temperatures; molds are left clean. Demolded pieces are left unblemished with extremely smooth finish.
