SK-T 13

SK-T 13 by Thiele Kaolin Company is water washed, delaminated, high brightness, engineered kaolin clay. Acts as a functional filler and TiO₂ extender. Have high aspect ratio, high surface area and a platy structure. Provides good rheology control, reduces plasticizer migration and does not affect processing stability. Offers improved mechanical properties compared to other inorganic fillers. Improves the strength of a molded part and is cost effective. SK-T 13 can be used alone or in conjunction with SK-T 16 as a means to reduce the TiO2 loading. Highly compatible with plasticized PVC. Applications in plastics and rubber.
