PowerSorb™ 328 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2-(2’-hydroxy-3’,5’-di-t-amylphenyl)benzotriazole-based UV absorber. It exhibits high degree of photostability, low volatility and low initial color. It shows good solubility in plasticizers and monomers. It can be used in combination with phenolic, phosphite antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance. It is soluble in butyl carbitol, butanol, butyl acetate, cyclohexane, dichloromethane, ethanol, ethyl acetate, ethylglycol, n-hexane, methanol and styrene. PowerSorb™ 328 is compatible with polyolefins, PVC, styrene homo & copolymers, ABS, acrylic polymers, unsaturated polyesters, thermoplastic urethanes, moisture cured polyurethanes, polyacetals, polyvinylbutyral, two component epoxies & urethanes, oil alkyds and thermosetting acrylic enamels.
