Micropel® 2DIDP by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial. It is a 2% solution of OBPA in diisodecyl phthalate plasticizer. It is used to treat polyurethanes, and rubber compounds to prevent the growth of fungal, bacterial and algal organisms on the finished article. Micropel® 2DIDP is recommended for flexible PVC, polyolefins, acrylics, styrenics, rubber, silicones and composites.
