MOS-HIGE®

MOS-HIGE® by Ube Material Industries is fibrous magnesium oxysulfate obtained by water-heat synthesis using magnesium hydroxide manufactured from sea water and sulfuric acid as raw materials. It is used to reinforce plastics. It achieves higher rigidity than other fillers. Provides good surface smoothness, dimensional stability, improved scratch resistance and mechanical properties. It is lightweight and reduces the weight and thickness of PP parts. MOS-HIGE® is used in automotive parts such as dashboard, door trim, pillar and side sill. MOS-HIGE® is approved by TSCA (USA) and is registered with REACH. It is available in granule (A-1) and powder (P) form.
