CEREPLAS™ DOA

CEREPLAS™ DOA by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is a plasticizer based on adipate ester of 2-ethyl hexanol. It is produced by the controlled esterification of various alcohols with adipic acid. It is compatible with nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose acetate and butyrate and may be used advantageously with most synthetic rubbers.

Its low electrical resistivity makes it suitable for applications where antistatic properties are required such as conveyor belting and industrial flooring.
It has general approval for use in many food-contact applications including film for packaging aqueous and fatty food.
CEREPLAS™ DOA is designed for flexible PVC applications where enhanced low temperature flexibility is required, and in plastisols for spread coating where certain low and stable viscosity properties are required.
