Santicizer® 130 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is tributyl phosphate-based plasticizer and flame retardant. It is designed for cellulose esters, plastic and vinyl resins. It also acts as an excellent defoamer in certain applications.

Usually, less than 1% by weight is required for effective foaming capabilities.
It is used in hydraulic fluids for aerospace applications and as a heat exchange medium.
