Masterbatch which combines an antiblocking additive and a non-migratory slip additive in a polypropylene copolymer carrier. Prevents the blocking experienced in polyolefin films and also reduces the hot slip of coextruded films. Especially intended for packaging applications where a high line-speed produces friction and heat which require very good film/machine properties, for eg. cigarette films. Owing to hygroscopic properties of the product, once sacks are opened, the contents should be consumed as soon as possible. An effective closing system should be employed for partially used sacks in order to avoid contact with the air. Used for food packaging applications.
