VIBATAN® Matt 50 TL - 7702340 by Viba Group is a polymeric compound intended to be used as a matting agent for BOPP films. Provides an uniform matt appearance and features of low sealing temperature (SIT = 105 °C), when applied as skin of a multilayer composed film. Used in skin layer of BOPP films which are intended mainly for use in applications of conventional lamination and general packaging applications. Matt layer should measure a minimum of 2.5 µm in order to obtain the desired optical properties. Correct adjustment of the variables in the processing conditions also plays an important part in determining these properties. VIBATAN® Matt 50 TL - 7702340 complies with the regulations governing its use in food packaging applications.
