VIBATAN® PE IR Absorber 00826

50% dispersion of ultrarefined kaolin in LDPE. Acts as an infra red absorber. Suggested to be used in combination with UV stabilizer additive, in order to keep the mechanical properties of the film during exposure. Designed for the production of thermal LDPE films for agricultural application (greenhouses). Films containing the thermal additive can reflect thermal radiations released by the earth and therefore keep a higher temperature in the greenhouse, if compared to standard LDPE ones. Not recommended for the production of films supposed to have a UV resistance longer than 1 year. Shows different shades which do not interfere at all with its performances.
