WARAMONT® CA

WARAMONT® CA by Voelpker is consists of Ca salts of montanic acids (Calcium montanate). It is made from a fossil biological source. It can support nucleating of polyamides, lubricant in plastics. Provides improvement of melt flow and demouldability. It is also an acid scavenger for polyolefins and polyoxymethylene. Exhibits excellent thermal stability, low volatility and high color stability. Compatible with PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, polyurethane. WARAMONT® CA is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria but is inherently biodegradable.
