PUREstab MD1024 by Vyridis is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is also used as a metal deactivator. It offers processing stabilization and high resistance to extraction with very low oral toxicity. PUREstab MD1024 is used in polyethylene wires and cable resins, filled polyolefins, SRB, X-SBR, styrene homo- and co-polymer and in contact with copper NBR fuel hoses. Its recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.2% for applications in contact with copper.
