Chlorinated polyethylene. Acts as an impact modifier. Is mostly used with plastics or rubber except that little is used as base materials. Improves the impact strength and low-temperature property. Can be used with rubber to improve its properties, such as anti-combustion, insulation and anti-ageing. Moreover, it can be an additive for ABS to improve the flame retardant.
