Pripol™ 1009 F by Cargill is a bio-based, high purity hydrogenated dimer acid building block. It has 100% renewable carbon content. Provides water repellency, flexibility and thermo-oxidative stability. Offers good pigment wetting properties, excellent hydrolysis and chemical resistance. Possesses low color and improved aesthetics. It is compatible with epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide. Pripol™ 1009 F is used in engineering plastics and elastomers.
