1,4 CHDA

1,4 CHDA distributed by DKSH is 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid used in the polyester resin synthesis. It reacts faster than aromatic diacids because of its higher solubility in glycols.

Compared to linear aliphatic and aromatic diacids, its higher content results in a better compromise of resin yellowing resistance, hardness, flexibility, salt spray as well as detergent and stain resistance.
1,4 CHDA is available in Europe and North America.
