AAEM

AAEM is acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate designed for acetoacetylated polymers. It is a reactive monomer for UV cure applications and self-crosslinkable acrylic emulsions. Suitable for automotive OEM applications and as an agricultural intermediate. It is able to react with amines and hydrazides. Provides improved adhesion to metal substrates, corrosion resistance and low glass transition temperature for improved coating flexibility. Suitable for room temperature cure, isocyanate-free crosslinking applications. It has a shelf life of 1 year at 40°C. AAEM is available in Europe, Asia and North America.
