Resonance™ PL92-450_D

Resonance™ PL92-450_D by Bakelite Synthetics is a medium functionality aromatic polyether polyol with primary aliphatic hydroxyl type. It offers higher reactivity than PM92 aromatic polyols. It is a heat resistant used for rigid PUR and PIR foams. It exhibits reduced thickness due to low delta k-factor. It exhibits high dimensional stability for increased productivity. It provides improved mechanical properties at lower density. It is miscible with other polyols, fire-retardants, and blowing agents. Resonance™ PL92-450_D offers slow reactivity for use in appliance industry. It is also chemically compatible with hydrofluoroolefins (HFO) which results in the improved shelf life of the polyol B-side, a critical factor in PU spray foam. It is used in cast elastomers, providing improved thermal performance and mechanical properties.
