PR1501 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a non-reactive type alkylphenol-based phenolic resin. It is used as an additive to offer excellent dispersibility, improved adhesion and kneadability for rubber. It contains minimum amount of residual solvent which decreases the odor in the workplace and improves working environment. PR1501 is used in rubber parts such as weather strip.
