SR 238B by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate. It is a di-functional monomer. It exhibits fast cure response, and low volatility. It offers weatherability, chemical resistance, water resistance, adhesion, hardness, abrasion resistance & heat resistance. It has a hydrophobic backbone, and good solvency for use in free radical polymerization. It is incompatible to strong oxidizing agents, strong reducing agents, free radical initiators, oxygen scavengers and inert gases. SR 238B is used in solder masks electronics, photoresists electronics.
