5561 Phthalo Blue 15:0 by DCL Corporation is an alpha, red shade, crystallizing phthalocyanine blue pigment with excellent masstone & tint light fastness. It shows excellent resistance to MEK, water, mineral spirits, ethanol, ethyl acetate, acid & alkali and very good resistance to xylene. 5561 Phthalo Blue 15:0 is recommended for PVC and HDPE. It is FDA approved.
