Deltaplast PE-80937

Deltaplast PE-80937 by Delta Tecnic is a polyethylene (PE) masterbatch. The pigment involved is carefully selected to avoid color loss due to UV radiation and additive to prevent degradation of the plastic due to environmental conditions. It shows good heat resistance and light fastness. It is formulated with pigment for outdoor applications that delay color fading in any kind of polymer. It prevents photo-oxidative degradation of the cable polymer. It is suitable to withstand specific conditions in both installation and in the distribution of electrical power so that it can operate safely and reliably. Deltaplast PE-80937-UV is used in outdoor jacketing of fiber optic cables and PE cables. It is suitable for medium voltage cables for metro lines and electrical substations.
