Phoenix PX 2011 L

Combination of mica and titanium dioxide (rutile), tin oxide. Is a modified Phoenix PX 2011. Acts as a pearlescent pigment. It belongs to the versatile group of pigments which can create a wide variety of effects ranging from a soft pearl-like luster to a sparkling rainbow. Can be used in all polymers. These pigments have exceptional physical properties: thermostability without loss of lustre, up to 800 °C, good light and weathering fastness. It conforms visual and colorimetric evaluation. An improved manufacturing process gives Phoenix pearlescent pigments even greater brilliancy and color purity. The inert raw materials mica and titanium dioxide permit use in food packaging as well as toys.
