Nubiperf SRD

Nubiperf SRD by Ferro is a super reddish ultramarine blue pigment. It has the ability to tint whites and reduce the polymer’s yellowness with a unique, neutral shade. It has an excellent ability to make whites “whiter”, greys bluer and blacks “jetter/deeper”. It avoids the use of tiny, problematic amounts of red/violet organic pigments to shade blues. It is semi-transparent to visible light and transparent to NIR (“cool” pigment, but its cool performance will be highly dependent on substrate and formulation). Provides ease of dispersion, excellent dimensional stability, no warping and shrinkage. It has the ability to recycle black parts with NIR-based sorting systems, creating economic value and reduced waste disposal. Nubiperf SRD offers excellent heat-, light-, weather-, alkali-, solvent- fastness and low acid fastness. It is suitable for a broad range of polymers e.g. Polyolefins, PS, ABS, engineering polymers, silicones and rubber. Recommended for PVC applications including siding and window profiles. Used in plastic roof tiles, single-ply roofing, agriculture films, sports fields, synthetic turf or artificial grass, and automotive such as dashboards, steering wheels, and upholstery.
