GemSperse Orange EX 5 by DCL Corporation is a bright mid orange shade, monoazo-based organic pigment. It is surfactant and water-based dispersion of orange 5. It is very economic, with good tint & good to very good masstone lightfastness in full shade that deteriorates in paler shades.

It has moderate solvent fastness and heat stability.
It provides excellent resistance to acid, alkali, water and very good mineral spirits resistance.
It also shows fair resistance to MEK, xylene, ethyl acetate and good ethanol resistance.
GemSperse Orange EX 5 is suitable for PVC, PE, PP, PS, PET and rubber latex applications.
