Black 444

Black 444 by Shepherd is a jet-black powder produced by high temperature calcination. It is chemically inert, non-warping, non-bleeding and non-migratory. It possesses good UV- & visible opacity, dark masstone and high coloring strength. It is used in applications which require absence of chromium as well as heat-, light and weather resistance.
  • It exhibits exceptional durability and hiding power.
  • It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers.
  • It is suitable for coloring articles used for producing, packaging and transporting food.
  • Black 444 is recommended for engineering plastics and consumer electronics.
