Akrochem® Carnauba Wax

Akrochem® Carnauba Wax by Akrochem is a naturally occurring wax, extracted from the carnauba palm. It exhibits good hardness and electrical properties. It improves the surface of molded goods in rubber compounding and used as a polish for hard rubber products. It has no effect on processing safety, cure rate, physical properties and not interfere with adhesion to metal when used at typical levels (up to 2 phr). In floro-carbon elastomers, it acts as an internal mold release agent. Akrochem® Carnauba Wax is used as indirect or direct food additives, as it is approved by FDA.
