Akrochem® Peptizer 9344

Akrochem® Peptizer 9344 by Akrochem is an aryl amine hydrocarbon mixture-based peptizer. It also functions as a polychloroprene processing aid, that lowers viscosity during processing without lowering the durometer of the cured stock and no significant effect on the rate of cure. It improves scorch resistance, shelf aging of the uncured chloroprene and permanent set. It prevents crystallization when used in mercapto-modified poly-chloroprene. It shows effectiveness in sulfur-modified poly-chloroprene. Recommended loading of Akrochem® Peptizer 9344 is 0.5 - 2.0 phr in polychloroprene.
