ASACLEAN™ C Grade

ASACLEAN™ C Grade by Asahi Kasei is a cost-effective, general-purpose, styrenic-based mechanical purging compound for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding. It is suitable for most commodity and engineering resins within the processing temperature range.

It is designed for color & material changes and is also safe for hot runner cleaning, as well as sealing and shutting down machines to prevent carbon on start-ups.
ASACLEAN™ C Grade does not require chemical reaction and soak time.
Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
