High quality, lubricant blend, off-white to tan colored prills or pastilles. Acts as a very good lubricant and a processing aid designed specifically for the extrusion of wood and other highly filled plastic composites where coupling agents are used. Available in prills or pastilles form (both free flowing forms by nature), depending on the blending or feeding requirements. Prilled form suited for blending and compounding with the resin, filler and other additive components. Pastille form is virtually non-dusting and most suitable for processes where the lubricant is dosed independently of any other ingredients or where the plastic, filler and other additives are precompounded. Results in high throughput, low moisture absorption, and improved mechanical properties of the extruded part. Offers good quality consistent chemical and physical properties. Used for polyolefins mainly polyethylene and polypropylene.
