Irganox® 1010 BMBcert™

Irganox® 1010 BMBcert™ by BASF is a biomass balanced antioxidant. It is a low carbon footprint, drop-in replacement solution for Irganox® 1010. It contributes to sustainable development by saving fossil resources, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and advancing the use of renewable feedstock.

It is a highly effective, non-discoloring, long-term stabilizer which protects organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers against thermo-oxidative degradation.
It shows good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility.
It is suitable for polyolefins & olefin copolymers, polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, polyacetals, polyamides, polyurethanes, polyesters, and PVC applications.
It is also recommended for the processing of styrene homo- & copolymers, ABS, synthetic rubber, elastomers such as butyl rubber (IIR), SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM.
Recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.1% for polymer and 0.05-0.4% for polyolefins.
It is certified by TÜV Nord for mass balance according to the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS).
