BYK® -MAX HS 4302

BYK® -MAX HS 4302 by BYK is a long term thermal stabilizer. It is available in white to off-white granulate form for use in PP-based glass mat thermoplastics (GMT) and long-fiber-reinforced PP products (LFT).

It protects polymers at high temperatures by decomposing reactive peroxides and prevents the thermo-oxidative decomposition of the end product using radical scavengers.
It provides long-term heat aging (LTHA) and is non-migrating, dust-free, safe and easy to handle.
It is used in long fiber-reinforced pellets for automotive parts, mounting supports, bumpers and structural components.
It can be incorporated at dosage level of 2-4% based on the total formulation.
Complies with REACH.
Shelf life of BYK® -MAX HS 4302 is 12 months.
