BYK® -W 974

BYK® -W 974 by BYK is a wetting and dispersing agent. It is also used as anti-separation additive. It prevents phase separation in PS-UP filled molding compounds and increases the color homogeneity in molding compounds.

• It offers improved fiber wetting and optimized mechanical properties in SMC and in pultrusion applications.
• It improves the pigment dispersion and pigment stability in LS systems.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1% based upon the resin and fiber content and 30-100% based on the pigment.
• Complies with REACH.
