SCONA® TPPP 1616 FA

SCONA® TPPP 1616 FA by BYK is a modifier based on a polypropylene homopolymer functionalized with polystyrene. It improves polystyrene distribution in polypropylene. It can be used both in blends with standard polystyrene (GPPS) and with high-impact polystyrene (HIPS). It finds applications in thermoplastic. Recommended dosage level is 5-10% additive (as supplied) based upon the total formulation, depending on the polystyrene content of the compound. It has a shelf life of 36 months. SCONA® TPPP 1616 FA complies with REACH regulations.
