SPHERON® 5000 by Cabot is a carbon black. Offers high structure and low surface area, combined with good cleanliness and unique morphology.

Exhibits outstanding dispersibility that can yield a high level of mixing efficiency.
It confers to high loading capacity allied to excellent high-speed processing with smooth extruded surfaces, good die definition and dimensional stability.
Provides elasticity, dynamic and electrical resistivity properties to rubber.
It is designed for extruded rubber applications like weather stripping, hoses, molded parts and profiles.
Used in automotive weather stripping and door seals.
SPHERON® 5000 complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, AICS, NZIoC and TCSI certifications.
