SILIMER 5080

SILIMER 5080 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a fluorinated processing agent for blown films extrusion of polypropylene material with LDPE as the carrier. It combines modified silicone wax with fluoropolymer to take advantage of the excellent initial lubrication effect of silicone wax and the extremely low surface energy of fluoropolymer to work on metal screws.

• It can replace PPA products and addition of a small amount can effectively improve resin fluidity, processability, shark skin phenomenon and the smooth effect.
• It is widely used to improve lubrication and surface characteristics of plastic extrusion.
• It reduces the friction coefficient of the film surface, torque, equipment wears and die drool.
• It is suitable for PE film, pipes, and wires.
• Recommended dosage level of SILIMER 5080 is 1-5%.
• SILIMER 5080 has a shelf life of 24 months.
