SILIMER 5090

SILIMER 5090 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a fluorine-free processing agent for extrusion of polypropylene material with LDPE as the carrier. It is an organic modified polysiloxane masterbatch which can migrate to the processing equipment and have an effect during processing.

• It exhibits excellent initial lubrication effect of polysiloxane and the polarity effect of modified groups.
• It can replace PPA products and addition of a small amount can effectively improve the fluidity, processability, shark skin phenomenon and the smooth effect.
• It is widely used to improve lubrication and surface characteristics of plastic extrusion.
• It reduces the friction coefficient of the film surface, torque, equipment wears and die drool.
• It is suitable for PE film, pipes and wires.
• Recommended dosage level of SILIMER 5090 is 0.5-10%.
• It has shelf life of 24 months.
