EcoFlame S-338 (Best grade)

EcoFlame S-338 (Best grade) distributed by DKSH acts as a sulfonated flame retardant with premium performance in polycarbonate at very low additive levels. It is nonafluorobutane-1-sulfonic acid potassium salt.

It is chemically and thermally stable to temperatures greater than 450°C, making it suitable for use in engineering resins.
It provides excellent performance without affecting the process-ability of the resin.
It is formulated such that it produces an optically-clear, haze-free grades of polycarbonate for extrusion and molding.
It does not contain any bromine or chlorine and has been found effective without the use of synergists.
Recommended dosage level is 0.06%-0.08% by weight.
