LYSI -403

LYSI -403 distributed by DKSH is a silicone masterbatch that acts as an efficient processing additive. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE).
  • It improves the process properties and surface quality, such as surface finish/slip, die drool, reduced co-efficient of friction, and scratch resistance.
  • It exhibits faster throughput and reduce product defect rate.
  • It provides better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance.
  • It enhances stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5% (w/w).
  • LYSI -403 has a shelf life of 24 months.
  • It is available in Europe and Asia Pacific.
