SPHERILEX® 30 AB

SPHERILEX® 30 AB by Evonik is used as an anti-blocking agent in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyamide (PA) films. It is specially designed for thin, biaxially oriented and high-clarity films.

• It is produced using a patented process that simultaneously allows spherical particle shape, controlled particle size and narrow particle size distribution to be achieved.
• It offers low coefficient of friction (COF), outstanding transparency, excellent dispersibility, high masterbatch loading, and low abrasion of processing equipment.
• It helps facilitate film winding operations and improve handling properties of films during subsequent processing.
• Based on its low oil absorptivity, SPHERILEX® 30 AB performs excellent in combination with a slip agent.
