SPHERILEX® 60 AB

SPHERILEX® 60 AB by Evonik is used as an anti-blocking agent for high clarity plastic films. It is produced using a patented process that simultaneously allows spherical particle shape, controlled particle size and narrow particle size distribution to be achieved. Developed for blown- & cast films produced from polyolefins (like PE, PP, PET & PA) and polyesters. Based on its low oil absorptivity, SPHERILEX® 60 AB performs excellent in combination with a slip agent. It helps facilitate film winding operations and improve handling properties of films during subsequent processing. Provides low coefficient of friction (COF) to films. It exhibits high transparency, easy dispersibility, high masterbatch loading, and low abrasion of processing equipment.
